Lovely bits of batik fabric turned into a mosaic picture. Status: about 1/3 of the satin stitching is complete. I love the brick tiling of this composition. Size is approximately 8.5″ x 9″.

I made these awesome little blocks from scraps given to me from a guild sista quilter. This is where I discovered solid black as a design element. 
I call these wonky improvs -Belt Buckle Blocks
